"Seven hundred fifty copies of this book have been designed and printed by W. Thomas Taylor, Elaine Smyth and Bradley Hutchinson in Austin, Texas. The type is Monotype Bembo composed at Mackenzie-Harris in San Francisco. The paper is Mohawk Superfine. The offset illustrations were printed by the Wetmore Company in Houston; the edition was bound by the Jensen Bindery in Austin. The lettering for the title-page and headings is by G.G. Laurens."--Colophon. Quarter bound in light brown cloth with blue decorated paper sides (depiciting horn) over boards.
