Production date: AD 1988


"Hand set in Lutetia, with Rosart for display. Printed by hand on an Albion press on old unwatermarked Arnold Grey Laid. The illustrations are printed from the original woodblocks, as is the press device which was engraved by John O'Connor in 1985. The coloured inks have been re-ground at the Press with added pigment and other substances. Bound in hand made paper from Bhutan by David Simaleavich in his Phoenix Bindery, Amsterdam. Seventy numbered copies, of which the first twenty-five include a signed artist's proof of one of the engravings and are bound with a leather spine"--Colophon. Museum has copy number, "4 edition IV/IV" with additional engraving. Signed by John O'Connor and Graham Williams.
