Text set in Lutetia at the Whittington Press, Andoversford, Gloucestershire, display set in Lutetia and Egmont Inline at the Florin Press. The text paper is Zerkall mould-made, with hand-made Kozo wrappers. The edition is limited to two hundred and thirty copies..."--Colophon Signed by Anthony Thwaite, Simon Brett and Graham Williams. Bound in brown Kozo wrappers.
