"Of this kalendar of principal events in the early and middle life of William Benton compiled to mark sixty fifth anniversary, April 1, 1965, 25 copies have been printed at the University Printing House, Cambridge, England on Kozo vellum. Designed by Stanley Morison with wood engravings by Reynolds Stone"--Colophon. Signed by Reynolds Stone. Leaves unbound within a case - cloth covered (with a wood-cut design by Reynolds) over boards.
