"Fifteen hundred copies of this edition ... have been made for the members of The Limited Edition Club from the typographic plan by Henri Friedlaender. The printing had been done by the Westerham Press in Westerham, Kent ... The illustrations have been drawn by Shrage Weil, who here signs [signature] in this copy, number [in m.s.] J.D."--Colophon. Quarter-bound in tangerine levant-grain leather, natural linen sides over boards; gilt-stamped lettering on spine. Issued in slipcase.
