It has been designed by John Dreyfus and printed at the University Printing House in Cambridge by Brooke Crutchley, Printer to the University."--Colophon. Museum has copy number "J.D." signed by the illustrator. Quarter bound in maroon morocco stamped in black and gold; linen sides with inlaid black embossed portrait. Issued in slipcase (black paper over card).
