"Two thousand copies have been made for the members of the Limited Editions Club. It has been designed by John Dreyfus and printed at the University Printing House in Cambridge by Brooke Crutchley, printer to the University."-- Colophon. Museum has copy no. "J.D." signed by Reynolds Stone. Quarter bound in maroon goatskin stamped in black and gold; linen sides with inlaid black embossed portrait. Issued in slipcase (black paper over card).
