"Ward Ritchie has attended to the design and printing of both editions at his Press in Los Angeles (These differ only in title page imprint, colophon, and binding.) Robert H. Wassmann has been responsible for the binding of The Typophiles edition at the J. F. Tapley plant in New York. The illustrations have been reproduced in collotype under the supervision of E. Harold Hugo, by the Meriden Gravure Company, Meriden, Connecticut." Bound in black cloth; printed paper label on front cover, spine, back cover.
