"Printed on Grosvenor Chater's Basingwerk Parchment and bound by Tinlings of Liverpool with paper specially marbled by Douglas Cockerell for the covers. The text is set in Monotype Bell, and the drawings on pages 38 and 53 are by Heather Copley. All blocks were made by the Palatine Engraving Company and the slugs kindly supplied by Linotype and Machinery Ltd. The Monotype Corporation Ltd., cut four matrices specially for this work and supplied trial settings and sorts."--Colophon.
