Published by the Private Libraries Association for the Bookplate Society. Issued in limited edition of 650 copies with printed frontispiece and 350 copies with frontispiece bookplate tipped-in. Museum has the latter. Bound in blue cloth, stamped in black and gold on spine. In slip case (black cloth over card).
