"Of this edition ... 215 numbered copies (of which 100 only are sale in Great Britain and 100 in the U.S.A.) have been embellished with a frontispiece by Rex Whistler and signed by the author"-- t.p. verso. "The first canto was published in 1921, and two others in 1923 and 1926; the last three have not previously been published". Quarter bound in blue cloth with patterned paper sides.
