We have omitted the imprint from the title-page, which was added later, for it was engraved by an unpractised hand and printed carelessly ..."--leaf [38] r. "... This complete facsimile ... is printed in offset and published by the Dr. Cantz'sche Druckerei, Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt, in a single edition of 250 copies. All reproductions are in the exact original size. The book was made according to instructions by Jan Tschichold ... The marbled paper for the boards was manufactured by Douglas Cockerell and Son, Riverside, Grantchester, Cambridge, England."--Colophon.
