The original (provisionally dated ca. 1300) was presented to the library of Trinity College, Dublin University, by Dr. Francis Sadleir. Decorated with miniatures by an unknown artist of the East Anglian school. The last 3 leaves contain directions for church services and part of the Meditations of Saint Bernard (chapters I-II and part of III)
