The original (provisionally dated ca. 1300) was presented to the library of Trinity College, Dublin University, by Dr. Francis Sadleir. Decorated with miniatures by an unknown artist of the East Anglian school. The last 3 leaves contain directions for church services and part of the Meditations of Saint Bernard (chapters I-II and part of III)

"Catalogue of the books presented to and printed by the Club": p.xvii-[xxxiv].
Museum copy is a proof copy present to Dorothy Stevens by M. R. James. Letter from Sydney C. Cockerell to Dorothy Stevens (17.11.1932) tipped in.
