"This book has been produced under the direction of Hubert J. Foss and Francis Meynell. Eight hundred and seventy-five copies have been printed by the offset lithographic process at the Curwen Press. The music and its accompanying text have been engraved by Lowe & Brydone with the punches designed at the Oxford University Press ... The title page design has been made and engraved by Stephen Gooden ; the miscellaneous eighteenth-century ornaments have been engraved in wood by W. M. R. Quick."--title-page verso. Museum has copy no. 676. Binding: full vegetable parchment blind stamped with decorative rules; gilt lettering on spine. Batik paper dust wrapper, cream with pattern of green & red quatre foils; with printed paper label.
