Description

Off-white stoneware, hand-built, polished, and incised with greyish-black narrowly-spaced striations and sweeping curved lines. In two slightly twisted gutter-shaped parts which stand vertically adjacent to each other with the convex curves on the outside

History note: Purchased by the donors on 25 February 2004, from The Scottish Gallery, 16 Dundas Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6HZ when exhibited by them in London at the Victoria and Albert Museum, Collect, 2004
