Begun on the 20th of February, 1931, it was completed on the 28th October in the same year. Compositors: F. Young and A. H. Gibbs. Pressman: A. C. Cooper. 500 copies have been printed, of which numbers 1-12 are on vellum..."--Colophon. Museum has copy no. 96
Bound in toned calf vellum; tooled in gold, with black ink brush lettering on the spine. Inside of the boards edged with brown morocco; brown Japanese handmade end papers with individually marbled motifs. Designed and tooled by Joan Tebbutt and S. M. Cockerell - monogrammed and dated "19 J SC T 79". Edge of pages gilt.
