"... The text composition is set in 12 point Monotype Bulmer and the display lines are set in Baskerville. The text was keyboarded by Mackenzie-Harris with refinements by hand at the Press. The paste paper for the cover was handmade by Molly Green and Greg Campbell at the Campbell-Logan Bindery where the book was bound. Neil Shaver was the pressman using a Vandercook Universal III. Of 200 copies, this is copy number [in ms] 40."--Colophon. Inscription from Depol to John Dreyfus dated 12th Dec.. 1988 on front pastedown. Quarter bound in red cloth with patterned paper sides; paper label on spine.
