Illustrations printed in black are from works in the John Carter Brown Library... The original wood engravings, printed in color(s) other than black, are by John De Pol. ... The binding, designed by George Laws, is by Frank Castro, Alpha-Pavia Bindery, New York City. This edition is limited to 200 copies, numbered, and signed by the translator, the artist and the printer/publisher" - Colophon. Museum has no.196. Bound in brown cloth with patterned paper endpages.
