Maker: Unknown
Small circular box, made from beaten silver, of a slightly convex shape with straight sides. Both the box and the cover are decorated with foliate scrolls. The pattern has been gilded and is chased on a ground of regular ring matting. The sides have been soldered to the base.
History note: Unknown before testator. Bought from Yamanaka, 1927, no. 28. Exhibited at Yamanaka in 1925, no. 78
