Desk seal with carnelian sealstone and boxwood handle carved as the bust of a young man wearing a hat
Carved carnelian and boxwood with chased gold mount. Rounded rectangular carnelian sealstone with an intaglio coat-of-arms. Boxwood handle carved in the round with the bust of a young man wearing a hat on the back of his head, his long hair bunched over his right shoulder. The deep rectangular mount has sloping sides with leaf capped reeded borders and four panels of diaperwork.
