Circular gilt metal box with a micromosaic vignette of a lake and waterfall

Gilt metal and micromosaic in shades of blue, grey, green, white and brown.
The circular box has straight sides and a flat pull-off lid. The top of the lid is set with a micromosaic vignette of a lake, waterfall, rural building and trees with an aqueduct and mountains.
