Description

Shakudo tsuba. Round the edge, gilt ishime. Two figures, ukibori, one seated, unrolling a gilt makimono, and looking up to the clouds, the other prostrate before him with his forehead touching the ground. On the other side the moon, silver, coming out from a bank of clouds. Seal, gold zogan. Signature: Rinsendo Tsuji Mitsumasa of Kunitomo
