Circular with a border of red enamel surrounding a ground of white, on which, at the top is a semi-circular scroll of blue enamel with lettering reserved in it REGI.AMATO.REDUCI, over a crown in reserved metal and red enamel. Below, on the white ground, reserved in enamel is G VIVAT III R and below that again on a segment of blue enamel is reserved the inscription MART:x MDCCLXXXIX
