Description

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Parchment, 190 x 188 mm, two lines of fragmentary text and two fragmentary four-line musical staves ruled in red on reverse

CONTENTS: The initial introduced the antiphon to the psalms for first Vespers at the feast of Corpus Christi, Sacerdos in aeternum; on reverse, Ps. 109 and antiphon for Vespers, Ps. Dixit do[minus]. Ant. [Miser]ator dominus.

DECORATION: Historiated initial formed of stylized architectural motifs in blue with foliate extensions, wreaths, putti and simulated metal ornament: [S, 2 text lines and 2 musical staves] Procession of the Host at the Feast of Corpus Christi.
