Border fragment from the Missal of Cardinal Antoniotto Pallavicini
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Parchment, pasted on cardboard, 32 x 274 mm
DECORATION: Horizontal border, collage of three fragments, consisting of acanthus, dolphins, masks, and cornucopiae on gold ground, and including medallions with three busts of saints holding books and two tablets inscribed A.C.S.P (Antoniottus Cardinalis Sanctae Praxedis), each surmounted by a golden chalice and a rosary.
