Gold with pointed oval bezel, beaded border and closed back; square hoop expanding at the shoulders, ornamented with bright cutting. Red carnelian intaglio depicting standing figure of Minerva, wearing plumed helmet and chiton, leaning on a spear and carrying her shield on her arm, head turned towards the left, owl on a low altar beside her. Pearled border and ground line. The device also appears on the reverse of a medallic portrait of Gustavus III of Sweden.
