Factory: New Hall Porcelain Factory
Hybrid hard-paste porcelain painted in enamels with a basket of flowers, and an undulating stippled border. Pattern no. 171.
Hybrid hard-paste porcelain, moulded, glazed, and painted overglaze in green, puce, purple, and red enamels. The tea bowl has a scalloped rim, deep curved and ribbed (28) sides, and stands on a narrow footring. The circular saucer has curved sides with wide shallow fluting, and stands on a footring. The inside of the bowl is decorated in the centre with a basket of flowers and foliage, and below the rim with a border of purple dots between two red lines. On the outside there are six different floral sprigs and below the rim, an undulating horizontal line of purple dots. The saucer is decorated to match. Pattern no. 171.
