PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Parchment, 81 x 91 mm. one fragmentary four-line musical stave ruled in red ink and one line of fragmentary words ruled in brown ink on reverse
DECORATION: Historiated initial in pink with acanthus and green profile mask, on gold ground: [A or D, 1 l.] Half-length figure of King David.
