Bone china, decorated with floral reliefs reserved in a pale blue ground, flower-painting in polychrome enamels, and gilding

Bone china, moulded with integral reliefs, and decorated wth a pale blue ground, painting in polychrome enamels, and gilding. Elongated oval dish with a wavy edge, and curved sides, standing on an oval footring.
The inside of the dish is decorated with a bulging oval reserve edged in gold and painted in polychrome with a spray of Stock Jilliflower and Air Bell. The border has four raised floral sprays reserved in a pale blue ground, with painted polychrome stems between them, a pink rose, yellow and red tulip, vetch, and an orange-red lily. There is a thick gold band round the edge. The base is painted in purple enamel with ‘Stock Jilliflower & Air Bell./Spode,2004.’
