Description

Architectural panels. Made from wood, carved in high relief and gilt, with painted/lacquered details, the reverse is lacquered brown with shallow gilt intaglio carving.
Depicts dragons, bats and fish emerging from a rocky arch inscribed 'Yumen' (The Gate of Yu the Great). Red fabric background.
