Lithograph (uncoloured) on white wove paper. Inlaid within a frame of buff wove paper (approx. height 360mm x width 515mm). Three men in the foreground seen in profile, moving from right to left, in front is William Cobbett. A figure at the far left, (Mr Williams, who was Under Doorkeeper of the House of Commons in 1833) addresses five or more other men: 'Clear the passage there / and make way for the Members'. Represented are: Cobbett, Joseph Pease, Horace Twiss, John Gully, Sir Charles Wetherell, Edward Burtenshaw Sugden, 1st Baron St. Leonards, John Wilson Croker and Mr Williams. Signed with monogram at lower left: 'HB'. Title printed below the border: 'MARCH OF REFORM'. The publisher's details printed below left: 'Published by Thos. McLean, 26, Haymarket, March 28th. 1833.'.
