Tortoise-shell with miniature of urn of flowers on a slab

Tortoise-shell set with a miniature in watercolour on card, mounted under glass in gilt metal. The circular box has straight sides and an almost flat pull-off lid with a mount of gilt metal. The circular miniature depicts a copper coloured urn of flowers, including roses, delphiniums, poppies and forget-me-nots, on a marble slab.
