Fragment of gold, possibly early medieval, 11.1 x 5.2 x 1.8 mm, 0.77g, c. 57% gold (from specific gravity analysis). Found at Birch, Essex in 2010 and disclaimed as treasure under the Treasure Act 1996 (2010 T170).
