Description

Soft-paste porcelain bowl, moulded and painted overglaze with flowers and fruits in polychrome enamels.

Soft-paste porcelain bowl, moulded and painted in red, yellow, green, brown and puce enamels, and gilt. The circular bowl stands on a low, ground foot-ring, the lower portion with pine-cone moulding. It is painted with scattered sprays of fruit and flowers, including roses, hearts ease, pears, cherries, and a cut peach, the interior with three plums, the rim with a gilt dentil border.
