Description

Grey stoneware vase, with a slender ovoid body, covered with a greenish brown glaze. The vase has a short neck with sloping ridge, and is incised with an overlapping palmate leaf design. Tz'u chou ware

History note: Bought from C. T. Loo, Shanghai, March 1935. Exhibited at the Orangerie, Paris, 1937
