Fruit wood; ornately carved; the back of the round bowl depicting an angel pointing to the sky
Fruit wood; the round bowl with an ornately carved handle. The front of the bowl is engraved at the top with a pattern of scrolls, round the rim is an inscribed border. The back of the bowl is carved with an angel pointing to the sky and a cherub holding a staff within an inscribed border. The base of the handle is carved with the Virgin Mary feeding the Christ Child; above her is a naked lute player, and the terminal is a mermaid.
